General terms & conditions

By submitting your order to this webshop you automatically agree to these terms and conditions and as a customer you enter into a binding agreement.


1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop, a purchase agreement is concluded.

1.2 We do our utmost to update our webshop as accurately as possible, but the Twïnfever warehouse is always subject to change. We therefore reserve the right, if the stock level is incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, not to deliver the ordered product (s).

1.3 Twïnfever reserves the right to change the price of our products at any time.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order. With a canceled order, your money will be refunded within 14 days. When the product is available for a later delivery, a new delivery date is offered. If this is not desirable, then you also have the option to cancel the order.

1.5 Twïnfever reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.


2 Payment

2.1 We offer a wide range of payment types via:

2.2 As soon as your order has been submitted and paid to our webshop you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order and the details of the order.

3 Shipping & Returns

3.1 We use Bpost (for orders within the European Union) and Bpost or UPS (for orders outside the EU) as our shipping partners. Our rates can be found on the Shipping and return page. When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

3.2 Customers with a billing address and shipping address outside the EU are not obliged to pay VAT. Once it has been confirmed that your billing address and shipping address are outside the EU,the VAT is automatically excluded from your order in the check-out.

3.3 We do not pay any customs duties or (import) taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or incorrectly delivered by the shipping party (Bpost, UPS, DPD etc.) due to, for example, an incorrect address input. We are only an intermediary between your order and the shipping party.

3.4 Delivery time. The delivery time is only an estimate and takes effect from the date of order. Orders are sent via POST Standard delivery (within 1 to 2 working days) The delivery time may vary depending on the actual availability of the products and is dependent on the approval of the order.


4 Delivery status

4.1 As soon as your package (s) is in the sorting center of our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

4.2 We are not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong addresses, or any defects from our shipping partner. Our customers are given the opportunity to select a shipping partner and service from this shipping partner themselves. If errors occur during delivery, this is the responsibility of the shipping partner that the customer has selected.


5 Product quality and defective products

5.1 At Twïnfever, we take great care in shooting all the photos displayed on the webshop. We do our utmost to show the product in its true form. If the product you have received does not match the images or description in our webshop, you can contact our customer service by telephone and / or e-mail. [email protected] If you wish by email, please address the problem and describe dissatisfaction.

5.2 After receiving the product we will see if we approve the claim, if this is the case, you will be notified. We will then send a new product (if available) together with the return shipments reimbursement, or we will refund you for both the product and the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for defects as a result of not following the washing instructions mentioned in the label of the article. View our washing instructions on the "Returns & Exchanges" page.


6 Return policy and refund policy

6.1 All sales and additional prices of the products are final, we do not do price comparison or price adjustments. After you have received the goods, you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there. You can only return the product by using. the return form if the product is not used and all original packaging, price tags and hanging tags etc. are still intact. If you want to return the product, then you must return the product 3 days after receipt and it must be the product (s) within 5 days after receiving the goods to us.

Note: until the product is delivered to us, you are responsible for it. Therefore always send the return shipment incl. A tracking number. Twïnfever is not responsible for returns.

6.2 Return policy requirements

If the return shipment does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return shipment or exchange. To exercise the right of return, customers must return the product in perfect, undamaged condition and in the original packaging with price tags.

This means: the safety tag that is attached to the clothing items must hang undamaged and in its original state upon return. All original packaging that must be supplied with the item, including accessories, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bags, must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept shoes that are returned without a box, walking soles or in a damaged box. We send this back to the customer and do not grant a refund. In the event of a refund, we will refund your payment (excl. Shipping costs for return shipment) within 14 days.

6.3 Am I responsible for the returns? Yes, you will be charged for the return costs. We recommend that you send the return shipment including the tracking number. This is because you are responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

6.4 Is it possible to return or exchange my items in the Twïnfever store Yes, it is possible to return or exchange your purchased product online in our store. It is treated there in the same way as with a product that has been shipped.

6.5 Guidelines for returning a product - Place the item in a shipping box, you can use the original box if the box is still undamaged - Fill in the return form that is supplied with the original shipping box. This form can be used to change your order; order a different size, color or other product. You can download the form here. in the event that it is not included. - Close the shipping box and stick it tightly. - Label the box with the return shipping address (see form) - Hand in the box to a trusted courier. Make sure you add a tracking service so that the package can always be traced. - If you want to exchange your product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via [email protected] so that we can reserve your desired color or size.


7 Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product for a different size, color or style please contact us at [email protected] Do this as soon as possible to ensure that the desired different color size or style of the product is reserved for you. The maximum number of days to exchange your product is 3 days after receipt. The same terms and conditions apply to exchanges such as returns. Please note that additional shipping costs are possible for an exchange and return of your product. - In the case of exchange, the costs of the second shipment will not be charged, provided that this second 'purchase' or exchanged product cannot be exchanged again. - to exercise the right of return, customers must complete the return form included in the original package


8 discount codes

8.1 Discount codes are valid for a period of three months and can be used for full or partial payment of your order via Twï Discount codes are not personal and the three-month period starts from the moment the discount code is obtained or from the date an item is returned. These discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

After the discount code is used to buy something from the webshop, it expires. The remaining amount also runs out, so we recommend that you use the total amount by shopping a little more.

9.1 All content on the website and webshop of Twïnfever including logos, photos and videos belong to Twïnfever or parties with which we work.
